This is distilled from cider in our wood-fired copper pot still. Designed to appeal to the more modern market it is nonetheless distilled in our 350 year old ‘distilling house’ – the modern from the classic. It is aged in oak barrels and we have had three different light-hearted labels designed for the bottles by Paul Jeffrey. 40% ABV
