For a special gift this Christmas, buy a bottle of Poireau together with our renowned Stinking Bishop. Poireau is a superbly balanced combination of perry pear juice and Vintage Pear Spirit, perfect to complement the cheese, made entirely from our own perry pears.

These come together in a fluted presentation box, packed to make a special present.

The box contains one 500g Stinking Bishop in its own wooden box, together with a 50cl bottle of Poireau (20% ABV).

Orders placed after 20th November will have cheese with a "best before" date in the New Year, so will be good for the whole festive period; it should be refrigerated on receipt, and to enjoy it at its best, be brought to room temperature an hour or so before you are going to eat it.
