All our spirits are produced on the farm by distillation of cider, perry or fermented fruit mash in our wood-fired copper pot still.
We never buy in industrial or neutral spirit.

Dymock Brandy

Dymock was the site of viticulture for centuries, with the remains of an old Roman vineyard only a few hundred yards from the farm.

Our neighbour has planted a vineyard on what was once part of the Hunts Estate, and we have the opportunity to distil part of his crop.

We carefully made it into wine, and then distilled it in our copper pot still, in what was the original estate distillery, and finally put it into wooden casks to mature. It is estate bottled and we are delighted with the product that has resulted.

As with all our spirits we have produced a Brandy that is mellow and smooth. It has turned out to be of such fine quality that we intend to age it for many years. We are in no hurry to sell it.

So we are only releasing a limited offering in two sizes, 70cl and 5cl miniature, at 40%ABV, the larger size is presented in our special tube depicting May Hill, our local landmark.

An ideal way to end the day, or round off a special meal, with a local drink that has clocked up about 3 food miles by the time it goes into the bottle.
